Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our dynamic team. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
Responsibilities
- Undertaking internal audits to ensure the company meets its financial, operational and compliance objectives.

Compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Perform risk assessments and develop audit plans accordingly.
- Obtaining, analyzing and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts etc.
- Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance audit methodologies.
Must Have
- Qualification: CA/ACCA/ICMA/MBA
- 3-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Fin-Tech Industry and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of audit tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations to management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting audit workpapers and reports.
Nice to have
- Experience with audit management software and data analytics tools.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in conducting IT audits or familiarity with IT controls and systems.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple audits simultaneously.
- Understanding of continuous auditing and monitoring techniques.
