Position Overview

As the Director of Marketing and Growth at Bela Corp, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that will help us grow our business and reach new customers. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with other teams within the organization to drive growth. This is a full-time, on-site job in Karachi. 


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to align marketing initiatives with business goals and objectives.
  • Identify target customer segments, personas, and market opportunities, and develop targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives to reach and engage them effectively.
  • Implement data-driven marketing tactics and performance metrics to measure and optimize marketing ROI, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across various marketing channels and campaigns to achieve maximum impact and efficiency.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Develop and execute customer retention strategies and programs to drive repeat business, customer loyalty, and advocacy.
  • Stay up to date with marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and continuously innovate and experiment with new growth strategies and tactics. 

Must Have

  • Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. 
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong managerial skills, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. 
  • Solid understanding of market research, data analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Digital marketing experience, with knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email, and online advertising.
  • Ability to think creatively and outside-the-box to solve problems and achieve business goals.  

Nice to have

  • Experience in growth marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, marketing experimentation, and agile marketing methodologies.
  • Understanding of branding principles and experience developing and maintaining brand identity across various touchpoints.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment or with high-growth companies.
