Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with expertise in UX/UI design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual design, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of user experience and interface design principles. This individual will play a key role in translating concepts into visually appealing and user-friendly designs that enhance the overall user experience.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand project requirements and objectives.

Design and produce high-quality visual assets for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, marketing materials, presentations, and print collateral.

Develop concepts, sketches, and mock-ups to communicate design ideas and solutions effectively.

Use graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create original artwork and designs.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.
- Stay up to date with design trends, techniques, and best practices to maintain relevance and innovation in design work.
- Collaborate with other team members, including copywriters, marketers, and developers, to integrate design elements into cohesive projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions from clients and stakeholders to refine designs and achieve desired outcomes.

Prepare final artwork files for production and provide specifications to vendors and printers as needed.
Must Have

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in various design styles and techniques.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

Proficiency in Typography.
- Excellent creative and innovative thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
Nice to have
- Experience in designing for both print and web is a plus.

Knowledge of video editing software.
- Experience with typography.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web development languages.
- Ability to create or edit photographs and retouch images.
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software could be advantageous.
