Position Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role in Karachi for a Chief Executive Officer. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the company's operations, managing finances, developing and implementing business plans, and leading the sales and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the company, setting and executing long-term goals and objectives.

Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and strategies to drive growth and profitability.

- Drive operational excellence and efficiency across all areas of the organization, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Act as the primary spokesperson and ambassador for the company, promoting its mission, vision, and values to internal and external audiences.
Must Have

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent.
- 10+ years of executive leadership experience within the IT industry, preferably as a CEO or senior executive in a technology company.

Proven track record of success in driving business growth, profitability, and innovation within the IT sector.

Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with a deep understanding of technology trends, emerging technologies, and their potential impact on business.
