Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role in Karachi for a Chief Executive Officer. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the company's operations, managing finances, developing and implementing business plans, and leading the sales and marketing efforts. 


  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the company, setting and executing long-term goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and strategies to drive growth and profitability. 
  •  Lead and manage the executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. 
  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats and adjust strategies accordingly. 
  • Communicate effectively with employees, stakeholders, and the public, representing the company's interests and values. 
  • Make critical decisions on behalf of the company, including resource allocation, investments, and risk management.  
  • Drive operational excellence and efficiency across all areas of the organization, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary spokesperson and ambassador for the company, promoting its mission, vision, and values to internal and external audiences.  

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent.   
  • 10+ years of executive leadership experience within the IT industry, preferably as a CEO or senior executive in a technology company.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth, profitability, and innovation within the IT sector.   
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with a deep understanding of technology trends, emerging technologies, and their potential impact on business. 
  • Excellent leadership and management abilities, with a track record of building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in technology.  
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and influence others within the context of IT. 
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and metrics to inform strategic decision-making in the IT field.  
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive innovation, growth, and societal impact in the IT sector.  

Nice to have

  • Experience leading organizational change initiatives, such as mergers, acquisitions, or major restructuring efforts. 
  • Familiarity with corporate governance principles and best practices. 
  • Track record of building and nurturing strong relationships with investors, customers, and partners. 
  •  Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
